Custom-shaped Sapphire Optical Windows are high-performance optical components precision-fabricated from single-crystal aluminum oxide (α-Al₂O₃). Unlike standard glass or quartz, sapphire offers ultra-high hardness (Mohs 9), exceptional thermal stability, chemical inertness, and broad-spectrum optical transmission (200–5500 nm).

Our custom-shaped windows combine these inherent material properties with precision geometric designs, including circular, square, trapezoidal, hexagonal, or fully irregular shapes. They are engineered to withstand extreme temperatures, high pressures, abrasive environments, and corrosive chemicals, making them ideal for industrial, aerospace, defense, medical, and laser optical systems.
